The world class Tissue Culture Laboratory has been established with technical know-how from reputed Netherlands Company M/s Cultiss Holland B.V. is located near International Airport, New Delhi. The company is managed by experts and professionals with outstanding knowledge in the Floriculture, Horticulture, Agriculture, Biotechnology and Green Houses.

Tissue Culture Division – Currently running two Laboratory at Gurgaon & Lucknow. The lab is biggest in private sector in Northern, Eastern and North East India with a capacity to produce 6 million plants annually and further expanding.

Green House Division - Sheel Bio-Tech is a leading company in the design, engineering and production of greenhouses for all crop requirements and climatic conditions with satisfied customers across length and breadth of the country.

Import Division – Importing bulbs of Tulips, Gladilous, Lilium, other flower bulbs and plants of Alstroemeria, Dendrobium, Cymbidium, Anthurium & Strawberry from best breeding companies across the globe. Representing exclusively in India various Holland & New Zealand Breeders.

Project Division – Establishment of turn key projects i.e. Plant Health Clinic, Leaf Analysis Lab, Tissue Culture lab & Model Floriculture Centre.
