The Green Houses provide the complete environment for growing flowers, vegetables and fruits, including all advanced technology and equipments, crop management, packing systems, distribution and logistics.

SHEEL uses latest State of Art technology to create suitable conditions for perfect growing of crops using modern & latest state of the art technology to control temperature, humidity and light, as per specific crop requirements.

Manufacturing:

STRUCTURE:

The structure is mainly made up of galvanized iron pipes of different sizes depending upon the size and the design of the structure and outer covering, which might comprise of Shade net/ Poly film/ Polycarbonate sheet, fixed with aluminum profile/section.

GLAZING / COVERING:

There are mainly four types of covering materials available

  • POLYSHEET:

    3-5 layered UV stabilized, anti virus, anti sulphur, anti dripping diffused, commonly 150-300 micron thick film.

  • AGRO NET:

    UV stabalized and has various shade densities like 35%, 50%, 75% etc.

  • GLASS:

    Commonly used in all houses and buildings 5-6 mm thick.

  • POLYCARBONATE SHEET:

    Multiwalled UV stabilized available in different thickness viz. 6,8,10mm etc.

Generally we prefer to use poly carbonate sheets because inthe long run these sheets prove economical to the user due to the following reasons.

  • The honeycomb design reduces the energy consumption to maintain set parameters inside the green house.

  • It is light weight.

  • It is more durable and resistant.

  • The sheet is clear having 82% light transmission.

The success of the Green Houses investment is determined by the quality and quantity of the production. To achieve these objectives it is essential to complement a good structure with effective climate control systems.

The basic elements affecting the crop are Light, Temperature and Humidity these all can be controlled and monitored with the use of different instruments:

Real time microprocessor based user programmable PID controller, 4 digit LED display for measured values & another 4 digit LED display for setting, feather touch operations.

Digital controlling with hysteresis monitored accompanied with 24 hours functional span. Air conditioner (Up to 1.5 TR) and heat convector (up to 4.4 KVA) can be directly connected with powered output.
